I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express & Park Inn by Raddison in Aberdeen before checking in here . This place is so much friendlier, beds are more comfortable , the cleanliness and general place is just amazing by a country mile . The lady who became to be known as Susan just made me feel like I was at home .. she is such a loving , caring person that seems to do quite a lot around here .. I will definitely be back and would recommend anyone looking for a nice , friendly hotel to stay in when your in Aberdeen , this is the place

At check in, I was met by a very friendly and helpful woman (manager I assumed). Check in was very easy. Bar facilities were very good. I ate at the hotel all 4 nights, and the menu choice & quality of meals was excellent. Room very basic, but had everything I required and the bed was clean & comfortable. Overall experience 11/10, would definitely return and recommend.

Nice location and easy parking. Room was bright and clean, had a balcony which was well used while we were there! Really nice to sit out having a brew and watching the sunset/rise. Bed very comfy! They weren't serving food on the day we were there but gave us details of restaurants in walking distance which was helpful. Would love to stay again as it was very relaxing!

I liked the balcony room, lovely and cool with the window open. I liked the cleanliness and the big, fluffy towels. The bed was comfy. The staff were so vey helpful & friendly. The food was very good and the beer was grand. i loved the dog-friendly pub.
